Billy Wong adalah polisi Kota New York yang rekannya ditembak mati saat perampokan. Billy dan rekan barunya, Danny Garoni, bekerja sebagai keamanan di sebuah peragaan busana saat putri seorang pria kaya, Laura Shapiro, diculik.
